Vehicle or mechanical background; system-level thinking; willingness to work close to prototypes and real use.
Build and execute incoming, process, functional and final-audit controls; drive nonconformance closure.
Manufacturing-quality experience; disciplined documentation, re-test and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage supply resources around product targets, coordinating samples, cost, quality and timing.
Motorcycle or mechanical-component knowledge; supplier communication, risk identification and program execution.
Understand customer markets and product needs; move distribution, OEM/ODM or product programs from inquiry to delivery.
Professional English; motorcycle, powersports or international-trade experience preferred.
